This is my new FAVORITE dessert! It is AMAZING and SO easy to make! :-)
1 package (18 1/4 ounces) yellow cake mix
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
Whipped topping or vanilla ice cream (options)
1. Place pie filling in Crock Pot slow cooker
2. Mix together cake mix and butter in medium bowl. Spread evenly over cherry filling, Sprinkle walnuts on top. Cover; cook on LOW 3 to 4 hours or HIGH 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
3. Spoon in serving dishes, and serve warm with whipped topping or ice cream, if desired.
Makes 8-10 servings
