1 2549 Burpees for Berry's

This morning, our Crossfit gym did our regular workout. . .

and then the coaches did as many burpees as they could in 2 minutes. . . 

which was 704

because they are amazing 

Then the rest of us did as many burpees as we could in 2 minutes. . .

and we ended up at 2549 total burpees. . . 

Then we ran a mile. . . 

because that meant more money for the Berry kids.

So, to keep it short and simple, it was an amazing day.  . .
