9 DBA Cookbook GIVEAWAY!!!!!!!!!

I am so excited about the DBA cookbooks. . .

For those of y'all who are new readers: My friend, Lindsay and her husband, James, have a CUTE little boy named James Thomas! James Thomas has a very rare blood disease called Diamond Blackfin Anemia. A friend of Lindsay's has compiled a cookbook to raise money for research and for a week long camp for parents and their kiddos who have DBA! This camp is so important to Lindsay and has provided her with such a support system of parents. There are over 200 recipes in the cookbook (including Granny Grace's Pot Roast ) !!!!!!
I bought one for myself, a couple more for Christmas presents. . . and then I decided to buy one for YOU. . .
The giveaway will close Christmas Eve at midnight and Christmas morning, I'll announce the winner!
To enter, you need to be a follower of Elizabeth Ann's Recipe Box and leave a comment telling me your favorite item to make for Christmas dinner! (Growing up I always had to make the Waldorf Salad = BORING, which I think is why I grew to "dislike immensely" chopping apples! :-) Now I love making desserts for Christmas dinner! I am so excited about one special dessert this year! No one makes mincemeat pie anymore and that is Gigi's favorite pie! SO I'm making her one! (shhhh, don't tell. . . it is a surprise!)

Enter below, I can't wait to hear all the fun things that y'all like to make for Christmas and MAKE SURE THAT I CAN ACCESS YOUR BLOGGER PROFILE OR LEAVE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS!!!
Merry Christmas! :-)

  1. Oh how fun! My favorite dish to make at Christmas is cranberry sauce - we do a turkey for our Christmas dinner. I make a great homemade sauce using whole fresh cranberries, cinnamon, orange zest, and freshly squeezed orange juice.

  2. Elizabeth- What a wonderful friend you are! I never made anything for Christmas dinner until I was married! Then they always gave me easy fruit salad... hopefully your recipes are making me look like a little bit better cook!!! Merry Christmas!!

  3. You are a very sweet friend! Every Christmas my dad and I bake his grandmother's sugar cookies. There's nothing quite like them, and they really kick off the holiday season for us!

  4. I love to make Green Bean Casserole, but my favorite thing isn't what I make. It's WATCHING Clark struggle slicing the Turkey every single year. Ding ding ding, I win and you know it!

  5. My favorite memory/slash dish that I love each Christmas is Cranberry Ice!!!! My Grandmother would always have it every year and since she died we have always carried on this tradition. It's the perfect appetizer for the beginning of an incredible Christmas Dinner!!

  6. I love helping make {and est} the Sweet Potato casserole for Christmas!

  7. You are the best ever!!!! The dba foudation appreciates the love and support from people just like you. I can't even express how much this means to James and me! I will give you one of my favorites but don't enter me, I have lots of cookbooks coming my way! I love pumpkin pie!!! This is a new favorite of mine but boy is it delicious!!!!

  8. I bought one, but thought, I will enter and if I win, can always give as a gift. My favorite thing to make/what reminds me of Christmas is every Christmas morning, my mom always made her homemade coffee cake. I looked forward to that just as much as I did opening presents!
