This strawberry banana smoothie is my staple meal over the summers!
Ingredients:
1 pound strawberries
2 bananas
1 c apple juice
Cut the tops off the strawberries and peel the bananas. Wrap in foil and freeze.
Blend all ingredients together. . .
And enjoy!

I loooove a good smoothie. Perfect way to start the day! I know it may sound cray-cray, but have you ever tried adding raw spinach into your smoothie? You can hardly taste it and you get all the nutrients!

ReplyDeleteOk. . . SPINACH??? you are going to have to give me what you mix with the spinach! :-) (AND we will have to keep that a little "secret" from Nate because he would NEVER go for spinach in his smoothie! :-) and almond milk?? YUM! Sounds amazing! :-)
