4 Gooey Potatoes

We spent the weekend at our friend's ranch in the Fredericksburg/Llano area and had so much fun catching up with college roommates!!! (side note, if you haven't been to the Texas Hill Country, it needs to be on your bucket list! It is one of Nate and my favorite places in the world!)  More about the weekend to come, but I had to share this recipe tonight!
Elizabeth and I learned about this recipe through Amanda (who has an amazing blog and is SO creative!!) It sounded so good we HAD to try it out this weekend! One of my favorite things we did was spend time in the kitchen together while our hubby's were shooting skeet or playing horseshoes! It was great to swap cooking tips and catch up! Elizabeth and I were in charge of the gooey potatoes and they turned out incredible! The men loved them just as much as we did!
Miss my beautiful friends already :-(
