1 Jazz Apple Salad

It is a beautiful day outside, with a cool breeze, and not a cloud in the sky. . . 
so I'll keep this short and sweet! 
This salad would make a lovely first course or a delicious meal if you just added grilled chicken!

Jazz Apple Salad
mixed greens
jazz apple, thinly sliced (I used a Granny Smith)
avocado, sliced
green onion, chop green ends into small pieces (like chives)
feta cheese
sliced almonds, toasted
Thinly slice apples and chop into 1 in pieces. Add sliced avocado and feta cheese. To bed of mixed greens, add all the ingredients and dress with a vinaigrette of your choice. Top with toasted almonds (To toast almonds, place in 350 degree oven, 3-5 minutes, turning once). To turn this into a dinner salad, add grilled chicken and serve with yummy bread! :-)
